As a photographer, I focus primarily on street photography. I enjoy the dynamic of people in the street. I often notice isolation on a busy street as well as subjects with high contrasts which I try to depict. I happen to be in one of the best playgrounds in the world for street photography, New York City but I will make pictures wherever I happen to be.

When I am not shooting street photography I like to create portraits and images of people.

Most of my photographs are monochrome because I prefer to focus on light and composition. My personal taste drives me toward high contrasts because I feel that makes for a stronger composition.

My life philosophy is a mix of existentialism and Buddhism which is reflected in my ramblings and probably affects my photography as well.

If you are interested in buying a print of one or more of my photographs, I offer them for sale through this site as a digital download or an 8×10 print. Printing is done with archival ink on acid free 8.5″ x 11″ Canson paper. For larger sizes or special requests please contact me for cost and availability.
